How do we use this product?

Our Liquid Elderberry can be taken as a tincture by mouth or added to your favorite fruit smoothie.

Shake well before each use. Add to water, beverage of choice, or take directly.

Follow dosage chart:

6 months - 5 years: Up to 5 drops (62.5 mg)

6 - 13 years: Up to 10 drops (125mg)

14 years and up: Up to 20 drops (250 mg)
